Why do I get really tired after eating?

I'm on my 3rd week of my bulk cycle. Just came off a cut (full keto) and I noticed that when I have a carb heavy meal, I get exhausted and sometimes even take a 30 minute nap. I noticed it was especially bad on thanksgiving (I think this is an exception though). The only conclusion I can make is that my body is still learning how to tolerate carbs, but I feel like it's been long enough that this shouldn't happen.

I'm full natty so this isn't attributed to any compounds. Any ideas?

Carbs spike your insulin levels and increase your blood sugar then the sugar levels drop or crash and it makes you tired.

What kind of carbs are you eating?

All complex carbs, brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes etc. It hasn't happened since i posted this (figures lol) but it was happening for a few days. Could've been Thanksgiving rebound or something.
