Why does Cytogainer immediately give me love handles/belly fat?

Ok, So I use to take cytogainer for years in my late twenties and saw great results with it. I could eat what I wanted and have a bulky but muscualr look from my hard workouts.

Once I hit thirty, beer and sugar Ive noticed make me fat right away. I have NEVER been able to reach the size I was on when I used cytogainer as I am naturally an ectomorph body type. (skinny shoulders).

Now I very much want to keep doing cytogainer, as i have no time to cook or enough money to eat alot.

I find now if I take even one scoop of cytogainer, the next day I have love handles or a bloated belly. Why is this? I'm only getting like 2,000 cals a day without the cytogainer!!!

I'm not even reaching 2500 cals a day, yet when I take a scoop of cytogainer it makes me fat around the waist. what the f**ck is my doing to me. Im so frustrated as I look skinny without the gainer and then end up with a round midesection when I start doing it. :(

any experienced help would be appreciated.
 
cytogainer is NOT a good substitute for a meal of whole foods. you will never get the results you want by drinking shakes.

to answer your question about bodyfat....it is most likely bloat and water retention from all the carbs in the cytogainer.
 
No time to eat and No time to cook are this.........Weak excuses, plain and simple. I work 12hr shifts, of which all 12 hrs are spent behind a steering wheel in a dangerous eviornment, and from the time I leave my house until the time I get home is 15hrs, so 'on the road' doesn't cut it for why you cant eat. I eat 6 whole meals every single day none of which are shakes, and cook all my own food. Weight gainer isn't food and doesn't contain nearly close to all the nutrients you get and NEED from whole foods, they are filled with, IMO shit ingredients and waaaaaayyy too much sugar and carbs, those two things right there are probably why you now have love handles, that, along with the fact you are taking in far too many calories compared to how many you are putting out. Weight gainer, and protein powder will never EVER make up for not eating or take place of food, you wanna gain, EAT, real food, for real muscle.
