Why is age SUCH a big factor? (How does Jeff Seid do it?)

Well, being informed of the age barrier and deciding to use anyway is kind of considered negligible abuse. But, that's just how I see it.

Of course, you could still do everything perfect and be fine, or... Do everything perfect and poof! no more balls, forever. Hard to say at any age. Have you considered that? Doing everything right doesn't mean you won't get the shaft first time around..

Mmm, I donno, steroid use is technically abuse whatever way you look at it... Anything put into the body is abuse. Using steroids at 20, correctly, IMO is less "abuse" than what it is to go out and get smashed on alcohol and drugs every weekend or living the fast food lifestyle. I'm more concerned that using steroids with knowledge at that age is the least of our worries on this earth or health. Healthwise I'm more concerned about the shit we breathe in our air, the chemicals that our food is laced with. If you ask me, it feels more natural and probably safer and healthier to be on a stomper dose of testosterone, a naturally produced hormone, than it is living the way we do in this century and eating the processed, chemical ridden foods and shit in our body. I would love to know where testosterone levels where a good 50, 100, 200, 1000 heck a graph seeing where the average male testosterone is NOW to where it was back when we roamed naked and hunted for food. No doubt it will be a downhill slope from caveman era to 21st century, so.

Effects like not bouncing back etc can happen regardless of age and IMO you have a better chance bouncing back at 20-30 years age than what you do above 30. Side effects are going to vary person to person, its just how it is and can't be predicted.

althoughI m no big deal it s the joint s and ligaments and connective tissues failing not allowing me to go heavy. Plus recovery is nothing like it was....

Just so you know those guys who are 18 who jump on cycle are not going to tell anyone if they experienced health problems from it. Most people wouldnt admit they got erectile dysfunction or no libido from cycling to young. I started cycling at 18 and it was a really bad choice their is to much physical and mental change in a persons body to start below the age of around 25. You really do mentally mature a lot in that age gap time frame to between 18 to 25. My best advice would be to wait and not take any chances. Steroids are already dangerous their is no reason to increase the risk factor by taking them at a young age. Also the whole god like physique thing is over rated its hard to get to that point and most girls dont even care that much. Have fun with being 20 and having high natural test levels theirs no reason to fix something that isnt broke.

I've never cared for abs to be honest. Then I saw a Dorian Yates video and he said, "no need to work abs, they swallow your size". That just solidified my reasoning. Lol

It's all personal preference. In the end, you decide whether or not you want to use said substance. No one tells you that you can only smoke weed, do heroin, take lsd, etc at a certain age. People just do it. I've been on and off since 19, and I'm currently 24 and been off for a year. I'm finally getting great natural gains.

jeff seid has amazing genetics. he would look insane even without the steroids 95% of guys will never get to that level even with steroids. i guarantee that zyzz was on more shit than him, and even though he looked better than him he just didnt have that muscle maturity / level of muscularity that jeff has

I will say this because rec. drug talk is not allowed and no doubt there would be a few of us on here that rather indulge in a rec. stimulant over poison AKA alcohol so here goes...

Cocaine, MDMA and to a lesser extent amphetamine/ephedrine stacks, yes that includes adderall and Steroids are a fast track to death, fact.

There was a lot of Cocaine abuse by old school bodybuilders that were juicing, granted they were eating a lot of garbage, drinking, coked up, roided up on lots of orals and ancillaries were unheard of so BP amongst other things would be haywire, you could only imagine the cardiac stress.

Cocaine is a sodium channel blocker and is proven to be cardiotoxic, throw in alcohol in the mix and your liver will produce cocaethylene which is even more cardiotoxic than cocaine itself.

MDMA is a direct and potent 5HT2B agonist, as are a lot of serotoninergic drugs (such as the weightloss drug fenfluramine which was taken off the market because it is a potent serotonin releaser and direct 5HT2B agonist)... Which causes cardiac fibrosis (5HT2B agonism) and also happens to be why Cabergoline has the potential to cause heart valve defects as it too is a 5HT2B agonist hence why I won't touch it.

Combine heavy use of either or along with an anabolic environment, well, you do the maths.

And who the fuck goes in the sauna on Tren and Coke... With a known heart defect?? C'mon, there is nothing to look upto that stupid lifestlye unless death is on your list. No disrespect, RIP to the guy, but that was idiotic.

Absolutely, keep in mind ephedrine is essentially doing the same thing to your heart as what amphetamine does. However, nothing on the level of Coke/MDMA which ARE CARDIOTOXIC DIRECTLY. Ephedrine, Amphetamine (Adderall, Meth etc), Duromine (aka Phentermine which is just an analogue of Amphetamine, as is Ephedrine anyway)... Work via noradrenaline and dopamine release which will jack up your blood pressure and increase heart rate.

I will admit I used amphetamine (dexedrine, an ADHD stimulant same as adderall) once whilst on Tren and Deca and wasn't taking Cialis back then, I didn't have to check my blood pressure to know it was silly, I should count my lucky stars I'm still here. Although, it isn't that bad considering ephedrine/adderall stacks are used by heavy steroid abusers without a second thought.

bottome line is their both drug addicts...

zyzz obviously died because of it.. and jeff seid is at EDM shows and clubs every other night posting instagram pics... he'll also have complications with his health soon if it keeps up...

that's the difference between bodybuilders and physique athletes. and i see this becoming a huge problem.. all these physique athletes take all these drugs to get this awesome body and still go out and party on all types of rec drugs .... and bodybuilders take drugs, eat sleep and train, and all they think about is bodybuilding

we see a lot of bodybuilders dieing because of all different factors.. but i bet in a few more years theres gonna be a ton of these physique athletes who use AAS and abuse rec drugs will be getting some serious health problems

Couldn't agree with this more!

This generation of wannabe lifters want results overnight, whether it be AAS in the gym to build muscle, or coke and pills in the club to get high... they want the best of both worlds... great body, great social life...

Something's gotta give - and I guarantee it'll be their heart and vital organs!

Rich piana was bald as shit dude. Stop trying to look like Azizz or Seid. You arent going to have girls lining up to suck your cock and swallow. That's not how it works. Your stats show you aren't even advanced yet as a natural. You should at least hit a lean 185 lbs before you even think of taking anything. Like others mentioned above, muscle shape and proportion's are very genetic. Some people will never look "aesthetic". Dave Palumbo is a good example of bad genetics. The guy has great knowledge and training but he just looks like a block of muscle. Lee priest, Kai, and coleman have incredible genetics, if steroids didn't exist, they would still be at the top.
