Why is my body so jacked up?

I have been working out for over a year now. During this time period, I have suffered through lots of pain and agony. It seems as if my body is hypersensitive to supplements.

I am sure my 4 meals a day diet (rice, chicken, beef, etc) is not completely balanced but its typical of what I eat for the last 4+ years.

Ever since I started working out, I started taking protein shakes and milk. I stopped due to being lactose intolerant. I even tried soy protein or silk, still problems. I tried egg protein, I thought I was going to die. I tried some isolate from TrueProtein, I get extreme constipation. Taking just one teaspoon of this stuff will hit me in a few days. Taking multivitamins or arginine will cause the same troubles as well.

No matter how low the dosage I take any supplement, my body acts negatively (blood in stool, mainly). My body returns to normal after a few days.

What can I take that will help me in my workout? How do I diagnose what I actually have that is preventing me from using these supplements?

You could try some digestive enzyme and or yogurt might help. You might want to see a doctor. There should not be blood unless you have a hemorroid.

I can consume yogurt just fine but I get a mild case of acne.

What are these "enzymes" that you refer to? Lactase will screw me up as well.

How does one get acne from yogurt?

BTW none of these over the counter supplements are going to really help. If you can't drink milk or shakes its not the end of the world. I don't usually use any protein drink I dont enjoy them. I have made tremendous growth just eating meats. add some fish and some pbutter into that diet

My dermatologist explains that yogurt is made from pregnant cows which have a higher hormone level, causing acne.

I stopped eating yogurt a few months ago and I did indeed have fewer breakages. Or it may be a coincidence that winter came in and my face is less oily, who knows.
