Why is psl t400 on sale but now cost more than regular price?

Last year it was 10 bucks cheaper regular price. And sale was way cheaper.
Now it's on sale but 10 bucks more than regular price?
I am confused ...

I screwed up guys. I didn't realize this is for domestic product.
The price for overseas is still the same.
I jumped to conclusions and didn't read it right. And wanted be that guy. So now I'm an asshole instead.
