For Administration to consider. Right now when there is a troll, the admin guys usually give the troll lots of chances to rehab themselves. But all the members do not know they are wasting their time on a troll, when they could be helping someone else. In a perfect world, an admin guy could flag the Avi, that this person is a troll, or potential troll (once it is figured out). Then members could decide if they want to give of their time.
