I rec IGF1 Des OR LR3 1-2hrs after workouts on workout days, and around the same time on off days.

All the powdered peptides are freeze dried as far as i know. I am not sure why its only mentioned for the LR3. but regardless I would not say lr3 or Des is better than the other.
I recommend both of them really. I almost see them as testp vs. teste sort of thing ( of course this is a generalization).
For des i rec 2x a day ( say 15-20mcg 2x a day = 30-40mcg total per day) where as for lr3 i would rec 1x a day for a total dose of 30-60mcg a day.
If you want to avoid pinning then go for Lr3, if you dont mind then go for Des 2x a day dosing,. you can dose Des 1x a day, but i feel 2x a day is optimal personally.

Ohh and i rec cycles anywhere from 4-8 weeks at a time IMO.
