Why the HELL is it SO HARD to open / remove the Cover off a Terumo 18 Gauge 1.5 Inch 3 CC Pin?

After i replaced the 25 gauge pin from the syringe with an 18 gauge pin, to draw the Test E oil, I then tried to remove the cover off the 18 gauge pin and it was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE IT WAS TIGHTENED , and then i applied some force and it opened and the FRIGGING 18 GAUGE NEEDLE WENT DIRECTLY INTO MY LEFT NUMB, BLOOD POPPED OUT OF NOWHERE, I WAS HORRIFIED , CRAZY... blood flew all over my hand just cuz of a pin on my thumb because the stupid 18 gauge needle cover is so hard to open

A 20ga will do just as good a job and I never had any problem opening them.

The stupid cover is the problem not the needle size. stupid terumo doesnt know how to frigging make covers, they seal them where u cant open them unless with some force and then the needle hits your hand or finger and u hurt urself.

so stupid.
