Wife is feeling a bit fatigued -- here's her lab results.

My wife recently had blood work done. She is 35. NOT running any sort of AAS nor has she ever. All she takes is a multivitamin and B12 sublinqual. In good shape and petite in size. Goes to the gym regularly to do free weights and cardio. And constantly chases kids around the house. No diseases or medical problems. Only thing I can think of is she switched from taking birth control pills to an IUD about 1.5 years ago. She has been feeling a bit tired/fatigued lately -- say in the last month or two. Below are her results. Anyone out there that could help interpret them? I'm not so good when it comes to women's numbers. They seem pretty good but a few things that stood out to me are:

-Estradiol is quite it bit above normal.
-H1AC is high -- but she is always borderline on that test.
-Could get more Vitamin D
- B12 was way above normal.
- For Iron is it a problem that UIBC is so close to the bottom of the range? Not familiar with UIBC.
- Total Testosterone is in the normal range at 40. Would she benefit from a little boost? What's a good level for women not looking to suffer androgenic effects (sorry if that is a dumb question...)? This was the non-sensitive assay by the way.

Any other recommended follow tests for her? Thanks for taking the time to look at this and help. :)

Hi,

Not sure about her UIBC being on the bottom rage, has she ever suffered from Anemia ?
Also did they check her thyroid ? Hypothyroidism can make her feel how she's been feeling.
I think the best thing is having a doctor look at the results.

Thanks Mrs P! She had a thryoid panel run about 2 years ago and everything looked great, but that doesn't mean something hasn't changed since then. Probably would be a good idea to run one again.

She has never had anemia.

Yeah it would be a good idea, one of the symptoms of an under active thyroid is fatigue, lack of energy (among other symptoms) and u don't necessary have to be over weight to suffer from hypothyroidism, just something to keep in mind when she goes to the doctor.
