Wifey wants to cycle Var, suggestions?

My wife is a pretty active lady. She loves to train and she develops muscle in her upper body really quickly. She has not been training for the last 3 months or so, but shes looking after our 1 1/2 year old, which in itself is a workout!

So, Im pulling her into train with me in the next couple of weeks, while most of the guys at the gym is chilling at the beach, binge eating and drinking and we will have the gym to ourselves to just concentrate on getting her form up to par.

She wants to start her 1st cycle, I suggested something short like a 4-6week Var @ about 10mg pd.

Any pointers or suggestions?

I would not recommend AAS for someone that has not been training. That is asking for an injury to occur. Your muscles grow faster than your connective tissue does. Have her get 6-12 months under her belt of solid training before using AAS.

10mg is high dose. Women should always start low and work their way up if there are no signs of virilization. I would start at 2.5 to 5.0mg daily depending on how much she weighs.

Is she familiar with the signs of virilization and is she willing to take the risks? A lot of the effects are not reversible.

Var is often faked with low-dose dbol. I would suggest that you use a very reliable source or test it out yourself before letting her use it to verify it really is var. Of course as a male I hope you know that you cannot run var without also running testosterone.

Have you used AAS before?

Finally why isn't your wife on here posting herself?

getting her training and eating right is going to be far more anabolic then Var . once those things are dialed in , then Var will give her an edge , maybe 10% . but why would she want to risk her health for a 10% edge when she's not even committed to the fitness life?
she really want to risk having a mans voice the rest of her life.

side note: My wife is currently running Var. 10mg. but she has been training with me for 3 years and follows all my training protocols and diets I put together for her . she is committed and has proved so, otherwise I would not condone her use of it.

Enough said. Thanks dude.

She does train, but has not been fully committed like she use to be. She would probably only look at cycling around March next year

Im a long time AAS user, but have absolutely no knowledge of female AAS use, thats why I asked opinions.

From my limited research, I've read that at low doses (under 20) there is very little chance of virilization.

Virilization will come down to the actual potency of the product(if dosed properly and the right compund) and genetics.

Some women virilize very easily, others can take high doses for many years and still look pretty(Dana Bailey IMO)

Many times "Anavar" is actually winstrol/dbol or a combination of the two.

IF IT S REAL VAR

2.5 mg s a day or even maybe 2.5 x 2 e d MAX .

My new gf / training partner s on it and she s an animal in the gym and can suck start a Harley so get ready son.

Anywhere anytime but at 23 she s always s ready..and...her patience has gotten shorter too but I would not date me so maybe that s it.

It s mild but remember voice change s and clitoril enlargement is IRREVERSABLE

The wealth of info here is amazing.

If she is ready to give it a go, would that 2.5mg dose be sufficient for a starter cycle?
