I've had gyno growing up and its slowly getting worse. I've researched but haven't found a solid answer if it will get rid of it. Is it a good idea? or will it fuck my hormones up even more.
Will Nolva by itself cure pre existing gyno?

This sounds like it may not even be AAS related. If so, Nolva isn't the answer for sure. I have a buddy that dealt with this until his 40's (not an AAS user). He finally got the surgery last year and wishes he would have done it earlier. Poor guy was really self conscious about it prior to the surgery.
It probably doesn't matter what caused it. I just mentioned that because my friend was considering SERM's for life at one point. If you were cycling it would be different maybe.

Nolvadex has been shown to reduce or prevent gyno from getting worse in men prepubescent gyno.

It will depend, on the condition of the gyno and the person. I would venture to say that if there are hard lumps that have formed then it will be very hard for nolva to shrink or get rid of it, if not impossible. But, if there is only a slight bit of tissue that has formed around that area and it has not gotten too far along then yes there is a good chance it will reduced it and even get rid of it altogether. It works for some and it doesn't for others.
