Will training weights twice a day lead to overtraining?

I can only access the gym three days a week due to a busy schedule.
If I train with heavy weights twice in a day (1 hour each) would that be fine? or is that too much work in such little time and would lead to fatigue etc?

Basic answer to the Q's are this can lead to total body fatigue. But many factors to effect this.
 
I would probably train something like this

Chest morning. arms evening (monday)
back morning. shoulders evening (wednesday)
legs morning. abs and forearms evening (friday)

for 1 hour each session

Go for it. Make sure you replenish glycogen in between sessions.
