winny tabs

i got 10mg tabs of Winstrol (winny) i know u are supposed to take 50mg a day but i wanted to know how to spread them out thru the day 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. what is the best way to spread them out. i weigh 220 6'0 around 15%bf.

3 and 2 should be fine.

I have 25mg tabs and just take 1am and 1pm.

how are your results from your tabs how long u been taking them

i take my first dose around 10am and my second dose around 4pm...works pretty well like that..for me.

i take 100mgs ed now and i take 50mgs at 10am and the next 50mgs at 4pm..

u could spread them out every 6-8 hrs...
