Winstrol ampule w/ dried contents

My friend has some ampules of Winstrol; some the content has dried and is caked on the inside of the ampule. Shaking the ampule does not loosen the dried material. Is the dried material worth saving and if so, how? Thank you.

No probably expired awhile ago. Water based dont hold as well over time

It expires in 2014..It was stored at room temp. & in the dark.

Sounds like it crashed. Try heating it and let it sit for a while to see if it crystallizes again.

He posted a thread about this already. He said a friend opened it up and mixed around. Isn't that a risk of possible contamination?
