Winstrol

Hi all. I am looking into starting a cycle of winstrol. I HAVE NOT PURCHASED IT YET. I have had anavar recommended as well and I have read about the pros/cons but cannot find anywhere to purchase it, ergo, winstrol as I know where to buy it.

A little background on myself.

4 years SOLID, HEAVY lifting. 5'6" 125 11%bf
Lifting: bench 1RM 125, deadlift 1RM 215. 4 days a week for an hour.
Diet: clean. solid. good post/pre nutrition with whey and creatine. lots of chicken breasts, tuna, complex carbs, fiber intake.
Supplements: Iron, B12, multi, calcium, fish oil

I haven't been able to break the max on my deadlift in over a year. My bench has gone up only about 15lbs in the last year. I know my training programs are solid and I get enough recovery. I also can't manage to keep my weight above 130. My body fights me to stay below. I feel it is time to bring in some help.

My goal is to eventually weigh at least 145. I'd like to bench 225 one day! My strength goals are most important to me.

Currently I'm planning on buying 5mg tabs and taking 1 a day for 2 weeks to check for any problems. If things are going well I will then make the decision to increase to 10mg a day for 4 weeks.

Does anyone see anything wrong with my plan?

Have any tips or suggestions?

Any feedback would be much appreciated!

This is what I am currently doing now:

Week 1 - 2 10mg Anavar
Week 3 - 5 5mg Winstrol and 10mg Anavar
Week 6 - 10 10mg Winstrol and 10mg Anavar (if i do ok on 5mg)
Week 11 - 12 5mg Winstrol and 10mg Anavar

i am only on day 12 so i havent started the winstrol. i may just stay at 5mg but see how i do when i go up to 10mg on winstrol. i dont really want to get bulky but put on my lean sexy muscle.

I found a place to get the Anavar (var) but for now ordered just the winnie. Shipping could take up to 3-4 weeks though so now we play the waiting game..

Looks good Push but what are your current calories? You many simply not be eating enough.

145 for a bench....good job!

Take a liver supplement just to be safe.

I suggest trying over 3000 calories a day to see if it makes a difference first.

Liver supplements...one of the best ones is liv 52.

Go to Liv.52 - Herbal Liver Support

Some use milk thistle but I believe liv 52 is better.

When on cycle get your liver profile from your doctor....with a low dose you probably won't have to worry but best to be safe.

Try upping the calories more and then do your cycle.

Be sure to keep us updated!

I'll gladly look to other outlets before running a cycle. I know maintenance for me is around 1500-1700 calories so I thought an extra 1k would be enough. I'll try my best to get closer to 3k and see what it does. I was hoping one of the sides would be to make me hungry - eating that much is tough! Do you know of any supp that increases appetite?

For sure try upping the cals even more! If you find you start to gain too much fat though, than lower them again. I think you will be alright. You seem to have a fast metabolism.

Not many people want a supplement that increases appetite! You can force feed yourself for a couple of weeks and your appetite will start to increase as your stomach expands. Also choose foods with a lower water contents. Veggies are great and of course eat them but too many will fill you up quickly. Dried fruit, nuts, peas and corn instead of fibrous veggies are great. Weight gainer shakes as well.

Also the more you enjoy it the more you wil eat of it.

Eating clean is great but don't be afraid to cheat once-in a while...especially if you have trouble gaining weight. Cheesecake, pizza, ice-cream...all high cals! Just don't over do it.

Here is a great article for you!

HOW TO INCREASE YOUR APPETITE TO GAIN MUSCLE....JONATHAN PEREZ

Those that have a hard time gaining muscle most of the time think that it has something to do with their workout routine or their supplementation. After they've been lifting weights for a while without seeing any muscle building results, they immediately think that they must be on the wrong bodybuilding program.

They start to add in all kinds of techniques that they read in some bodybuilding magazine or website. They start to add in supersets, forced reps, negatives, giant sets, heavier weights, static contractions, stretch overload, so on and so forth. Or they'll begin to add more exercises, sets, frequency, etc.

Or, they'll run to the nearest supplement store or internet site and begin to pour their hard-earned money on testosterone boosters, prohormones, weight gainers, protein bars / shakes, pre-workout / post-workout drinks, creatine, NO2, glutamine, branch chain amino acids, etc., etc.

Yet, after all of that extra effort, time, and money spent, they still are getting the same muscle gaining results..........nothing!

Wanna know why?

Because they fail to look at the number one factor on how to gain muscle .........eating more calories. That is 99% of the time the problem, not their training or supplementation.

And I love it when I hear someone complain that "no matter what they do they can't gain any muscle mass". But when asked how many calories or food their eating, it is always, and I mean always, not enough, even though they swear up and down that they do.

Sure, they think their eating a lot of food, and they may be doing so a day here and a day there. But when you look at how they eat over the course of several months, you'll see that they are eating like a bird, and that's why they look like one.

Trust me, I know what it feels like. A lack of an appetite is what kept me from gaining muscle mass naturally for years on end.

Well, here are a few tips and tricks to increase your natural appetite so that you can actually start to eat enough to grow, even though you may be fooling yourself into thinking you already are (but hey, regardless of what your stomach may be telling you, if you haven't gained any significant amount of muscle in a while, it's time to look in the mirror).

First, avoid eating foods that are very acidic, like carrots, orange juice, tomatoes, lemons, limes, and other citrus fruits......since a high level of acid tells the brain to slow digestion down, which will result in a lot of food just sitting in your stomach, killing your appetite.

Second, don't eat too much protein, since this releases certain hormones that also tell your brain to slow digestion down.

Third, don't eat a lot of foods that contain a lot of sodium, like frozen foods and canned soup. Again, sodium also tells the body to slow digestion down, and, again, taking away your appetite.

And, avoid a lot of fiber, since fiber stretches the intestines, bloats you, and fools the brain into thinking you're "full".

Also...marijuana will work! :spin: It wouldn't be my first choice of course but it won't kill you once in awhile! :spin:

Haha I actually made a joke about that last night!

I've written up a 2600+ cal diet and I'm going to force myself to log my food (fitday) for a couple weeks to make sure I'm doing it. If nothing changes I'll add in another meal to push it to 3k. I'll also keep those tips in mind about the sodium and fiber. Maybe I'll go buy a tub of ice cream!

Good luck and send some of that ice-cream my way! Mint chocolate chip please!
