I've recently read that if u take whey concentrate/isolate the same time as WMS (waxy maize starch) for your PWO meal the whey con/iso will counter the benefits of the WMS as it would slow down the absorbtion which is basically one of the main reasons why u take the WMS for your PWO meal.
