Women's Training question

my girlfriend wants me to put together a training regime for her and I don't really know where to start... I've helped out a ton of my guy friends before with great success, but have never helped a woman train

shes in great shape overall and has pretty good muscle tone and really low bodyfat (low enough to flex her abs and have a 4 pack)

her goals are to gain some more muscle and target her legs a little more (she does have very thin legs that lack muscle size)

I was wondering if anyone could help me help her out or maybe point me in the right direction...
