I'm glad I waited until 33 to do my first cycle. Now I'm 43 and on my 4th one. I'm also glad it wasn't at under 25 You can naturally build muscle at a younger age , so I see no sense in starting as early as some bro's here. I would like to see someone who has started at 18 when they turn 43.
