so as of today I am 10 wks and 4 days out.
little bit about, just under 5'3 and currently 131 lbs. bf%-16-17(approx)

Training-today was chest and back, high rep's low weights.
35 mins post w/o cardio (15mins of it HIIT)

You look fabulous! Yea, you need to lose some more bf, and you will be perfect for competition. Good luck!
 
Sorry, I've been kinda MIA, from the journal. I have decided not to do the bikini show, but I am still working on leaning out while keeping the muscle I have.
I've been really busy with work lately.

I've had a couple of "fall off the wagon" days. There were a few get together's where I indulged. However, I am still at 128lbs. haven't gained, but haven't lost.

I think that I will still keep the journal going for motivation for leaning out for the summer if it's something that other's would be interested in reading.

Also, question for other's....which do you feel is more effective for cycling/alternating carbs. 2 low and 1 high carb days OR very low/no carbs on non training and cardio only days??
 
Cant give you diet advice because I eat whatever I want, but I wanted to tell you to keep up the hard work. From the original pic you look solid...keep working hard!!
 
Hmmm....for cycling carbs I like 1 low, 1 high, 1 low, 1 high. But just experiment and see what works. It's different for everybody.

The pressure is also off since you don't have to do your show!
 
I am going to start cycling carbs, need to be more consistant with my diet. My main focus right now is getting my metabolism back on track and try to start getting the proper amount of calories in daily while training. competition prep for figure this fall starts close to the end of summer.

As far as training goes right now, working on putting some upper body size on and conditioning my legs so they look less bulky
