Sorry, I've been kinda MIA, from the journal. I have decided not to do the bikini show, but I am still working on leaning out while keeping the muscle I have.
I've been really busy with work lately.
I've had a couple of "fall off the wagon" days. There were a few get together's where I indulged. However, I am still at 128lbs. haven't gained, but haven't lost.
I think that I will still keep the journal going for motivation for leaning out for the summer if it's something that other's would be interested in reading.
Also, question for other's....which do you feel is more effective for cycling/alternating carbs. 2 low and 1 high carb days OR very low/no carbs on non training and cardio only days??
