I couldn't warm up that fast for any of my main excersizes nor would I limit many of my excersizes to 3 sets.

3 working sets maybe but even that can be too small for some excersizes. ALso I firmly believe that workload is importeant so I count my warmups as sets.

At 20 years old, you don't want to squat deadlift, but you want to workout 6 days a week. Good luck.

but he is hitting his bi's and shoulders 3x per week... :chimney:
that has to be one of the worst work out's i have seen put together.
please go check the "do dead lifts thicken waiste" sticky for PB basic routine or IA's sticky thread...
