Workout split, problem with 1 day

sup guys, i currently have a 6 day split going, but i have a problem filling in wed, i used to do chest twice a week but if found that working it once a week i developed more growth.

My problem is i can not do legs because they grow to fast, i have not worked legs in 9 months and the continue to grow.

I would like to have a 6 day split, but im not sure what i should add on the wed.

any ideas?



my current split looks like this:

mon-Chest
tue-Back
wed-problem (usually chest again)
Thur-shoulders
Fri-bis/tris
sat-power, compounds lifts

Edit: i missed the part where u said ur legs grow lol

But i think thats very strange.. what is your bf %?
