WORST winter bulk EVER

First I get a week of jury duty with no outside food allowed for the whole 8-10 hours a day. Lost a good 5 pounds.
After gaining it all back, I get a gum/bone graft done and can't eat whole food for awhile. Lost about 7.
After gaining it all back again, time came for gum/bone graft #2. Lost 5-7 pounds.
Up until today I had been making some solid gains.
This all ended abruptly when I dislocated my left shoulder today in a freak accident playing god damn basketball.
