Worth adding GH for recomp/leaning out?

Have a chance to get some GH and am considering it for the first time.

Am 32, 6'3, 230lbs and 14% BF. Powerlifter.

Have been crusing on test since last spring. Plan on staying on.

I really want something to help me lean out a bit, without needing to drop the strength from being on a caloric deficit. I've heard good things about GH and it's leaning effects, even in low doses and shorter cycles.

Would it be worth adding 2 IU's of GH, 5 days a week for 3 months? This would be one kit... so keep that in mind as to why I'm picking those dosages and durations.

I can't do the normal cutting AAS options. Anything highly androgenic screws with my temper waaay too much. Figured this could be a good option?
 
IME I don't recommend playing with GH less than 5-6 months just for return on investment. But YMMV. I would also suggest gh to most my guys at 4-5 IU daily for those leaning/gaining effects. I save the 2-3IU/day range for the older clients with a desire for some anti-aging effects. A vitality boost! Haha. Either way there are plenty more guys here that will chime in with much more experience with GH. just my $.02
 
Better off 4-5iu for considerable fat loss unless using pharma grade you can use 2-3 iu and get the same/better results. Run it 7 days, 6 months bare minimum. GH really shines after a year. The effects keep getting better and better with time.

But just because it helps aid your body in the break down in fatty tissue, does not mean that it will lean you out . that is going to be diet dependent plain and simple. GH will drastically increase your hunger due to its increase of the appetite hormone Grehlin. So more then likely you'll end up eating more while on GH. Also , GH has properties that can make you insulin resistant and carb sensitive.

Can you lean out while taking HGH long term. sure. but just keep the above in mind and know that its one very pricey way to go for doing something so easy (i.e., leaning out). lots of other options out there if leaning out is your primary goal
 
Never done it but have read EXTENSIVELY and the cost of 4 iu s x 1 year 3-4500 staggers the imagination of my hobby gone terribly out of control but then Var too is on this list.

Being 53 soon I m settled down and my bucket list is bout done and I find my fuck it list growing exponentially.

I'd budget $4k for AAS next year anyway...

Fair enough points about the cost/benefit being pretty silly and the downsides (hunger, etc).

I'm just looking for the most effective substance for leaning out without necessarily dropping weight. Caloric deficit is definitely not an option, because it interferes with my strength progress.

Var and EQ seem to help some in this regard so far. But I guess was hoping for more.

if you want to keep calories the same , but speed up body 'systems' to help with fat burning , and stay anti-catabolic at the same time, you may want to look into Clen. Clen burns fat without effecting muscle or causing muscle loss, actually just the opposite it helps you keep muscle.

Clen is not for everyone though and it can be dangerous if you have a pre existing heart condition. but bang for your buck $ , clen is dirt cheap and highly effective fat burner compared to GH.


Var and Eq are anabolics, in and of themselves they have no effect on Lipolysis as they only act on the androgen receptor. they are used in a cut for 'indirect' reasons.

another option , which is much cheaper then GH, but is very related , is HGH-Frag . what HGH-frag is is the HGH amino peptide broken down to only HGH's fat burning properties. So, they have taken HGH, dialed in on its fat burning properties , and then produced only that part of it. So it does not come with any of the cell growth, organ growth, insulin resistance, water retention, sides that come with standard HGH.
but then again, if may not be terribly effective without diet modifications.


And a final option . Run Tren , while on a slight calorie deficit . Because of Trens nutrient partitioning , and shuttling a majority of nutrients for muscle growth , even when you are in a deficit you will not loose weight and muscle mass, but you can burn fat on it (while building muscle at the same time)

I m glad I reread your opening statement as I was gonna be indecorous (smart ass-inappropriate---Mama smoked while pregnant so...) and powerlifting was for 2 decades my love with a 30 day Hunger Games and a gay Speedo purchase constituting ALL bbdlg prep for shows.

Roush laid it out and at 6ft 3in 230 I GET IT. Ur bar travel is a mile long. Eq I m told needs to be @ 600 plus for damn near ever but yield s some solid gain s. Var dosage needs to be plus 50 I m told I veread...too.

Being old and a bargain hunting AAS drug augmentor I find ( in my granted limited exp ) for raw power and to add to my HP to weight ratio--
Tren A coupled with M1T added to my TRT at 150 a week and 10 mg s a day respectively is amazing for me. Double or triple the dose is not unreasonable for a young guy and I can t imagine the gain s.

No way. I'd love to, but I'd be single for sure, and probably in jail for assault because someone honked at me.

Even Dbol screws with my temper enough to be an issue. I can only imagine tren.

I'm a complete asshole on high testosterone . ON Tren though I'm pretty laid back and reserved. it all depends on your personality to begin with, tren itself does not cause anger or jealousy , it may bring out the person you really are in the inside, but its definitely not the cause of it, imo
