would a Single 2mg injection of Tb-500 for injury help at all.

Rotator cuff warm-ups have significantly reduced the pain I had from AC joint separations. I would recommend them to anyone with or without shoulder issues.
 
Mad, I think we've talked about this once but here's my thoughts for whatever value you give them lol. 30 reps is not doing much. The weights required are too light to really force adaptation. It's not about just tearing the muscle down, you need to provide a stimulus which is enough to force a physiologic adaptation but that is also
Recoverable from. 20reps would be the highest range for reps and that works anaerobic endurance not so much strength. I'd do the big compounds at 3-5sets of 1-8reps and accessory work for 2-4sets of 8-15. If you want to work some muscular endurance, do some 20rep squats with 60-70% of your 1RM.
 
the measure of strength is dependent on what youre using it for. short burst raw explosive power or long term durable strength? i never train for 1RM strength. as an athlete i gotta have more in the tank in the final leg of the race then anyone else. explosive power for long term use. to me it dont get more functional than that.

I agree with you. Working in the range of maximal power output at around 50-70% 1RM with maximum bar speed give you usable strength at all slower speeds while working at slow speed only gives strength at that speed. But there is still a reason to work on maximal strength since training for both has a synergistic effect :)
