Anyways this training is to bring up lagging body parts (upper back, arms, side delta, calfs), its very straight forward when it comes to sets/reps 3-4 sets 8-12 reps with primary compounds at 5-6 reps (squats, bench, bent over rows etc). The numbers in brackets are how many exercises per muscle group
Monday - Upper Back(3)/Rear Delts(2)/Calfs(2)
Tuesday - Chest(5)/Side Delts(1)/Upper Abs(2)
Wednesday - Quads(4)/Calves(2)/ Lower Abs(2)
Thursday - Front Delts(3)/Side Delts(2)/Obliques Abs(2)
Friday - Lats(3)/Hamstrings(3)/Rear delts(2)
Saturday - Triceps(4)/Biceps(2)/Calfs(2)
