I have just started to get back into weight lifting after about 8 months off. Sometime last year I was curling a good amount of weight on a Barbell and my wirst just gave out, following by an awful pain. Since then my wrist hurts when curling and even benching. When I curl my wrists give out and fold over backwards. Is there anything I can do or any supplement I can take to help this ? I thought it would have healed in 8 months time.
