Wrist problems

I have just started to get back into weight lifting after about 8 months off. Sometime last year I was curling a good amount of weight on a Barbell and my wirst just gave out, following by an awful pain. Since then my wrist hurts when curling and even benching. When I curl my wrists give out and fold over backwards. Is there anything I can do or any supplement I can take to help this ? I thought it would have healed in 8 months time. :worried:
 
Well .... this is normal thing, this can happend for every one, i mean when some one were left doing workouts & he or she just back doing workouts, so if he made the bigest mistake that back to lift havey weights , so for sure he or she will get these things not just in them wrist, they will get these pains even in elbow or shoulders: so my advise for you that u have to be careful in getting back with havey weights, take the time & give your body time to get into lifting weight system.
You can taking B-complex Vitamins, this is will help you removing the pain.
One more thing: add the Dates for your diet system & i'm pretty sure that's will help you getting more power & energy.
