Last night in the gym, i saw a man using wrist straps while bench pressing. he was taking quite a long time, tightening the straps around the bar, while using a a normal pronated grip for bench. I couldnt figure out why he was using them for bench, i've never experienced any grip related issues while benching...
am i totally missing something here???
