WSBB (the lightened method)

Warmups and last pull. I did this exactly like I would have done it at a meet.

Suit on

415x1
465xmiss
465x1 Wobbled at top
485x1 Perfect pull but hard

Worst case scenario this would have been my 3rd attempt and a PR for me. I want 500 at the meet and have a week off to fully heal up and at the the meet I may be able to [pyll more due to being way more chem,icly enhanced than I was tonight and the platform situation always amps me up.

All in all I know I have a PR comming my way.

id only hit one warm up in your suit. maybe 385. the other warm ups would be raw. maybe 135 x 5, 225 x 2, 315 x 1, then a suited 385 x 1. open w/450 then straight to 500 for a second. 3rd wil be based on how your second goes.
