wtf ??? are we alone with AI's ???

I dont know if its just us on here that have more knowledge and are better BBers lol or if its just personal prefferance, but I been coming across quite a few other threads on forums about running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) through and during PCT.
Where as on threads here and by SWALEs PCT Protocol that we should not run any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in PCT.

so its true to run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like exemestane alongside clomid/nolva during post cycle therapy (pct) ?? obviously discontinuing the nolva or clomid 1 week before the stop use of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), tappering off the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in the last week too IMO ??

An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during post cycle therapy (pct) is not a bad thing. People forget(or dont know) that there are 2 parts to the HTPA negative feedback loop...androgen and estrogen. High estrogen will keep you shut down too and hinder recovery. Not to mention having higher estro levels than test is not good for your mental well being.

i start it around week 3 of my cycles and run it through my post cycle therapy (pct). I use 12.5mg ED to keep the sides at bay. If they still flare up, I bump it to 25mg/ED until they go away and then drop it back down to 12.5mg

I continue that dosage through 4 weeks of my post cycle therapy (pct) and then just drop it...I never have any rebound effect with it.

If you need a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during post cycle therapy (pct) or not totally depends on you and the cycle you ran. The sides you may be experiencing on or around the end of the cycle and so on.

One good reason for running a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during post cycle therapy (pct) is the fact that blood estrogen levels do not go down well on nolva they go up. Then again that could be just one more reason why nolva is not "perfect post cycle therapy (pct)"

Good thread but right ?? Would love to know more and even get to the bottom of weather it should be ran or not.
SWALEs "my pct" was a protocol written some 7 yrs ago now, but its still the most recognised pct around. So why would he "strongly" imput "ABSOLUTELY NOT" run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) through into PCT ??

Yep he did, but Im wondering if its actually better to run it through in PCT or listen to SWALE and stop it prior to PCT.
That link in main thread has good feedback on why we should run it in PCT .... mixed opinions !!!!
