Wtf Do You Think Of This!!!!!???

So that proves that he was lying then right?

Well, not necessarily. Those calculators won't work for someone with lots of fast or slow twitch fibers. The guy that had the record for chins, for example, would have a max of over 2000 lbs according to the calculator, but that's not true and his record is official.

What says to me that he's lying is that he did fast wide grip pullups for 10 minutes and wasn't a small guy :) There's no way someone could just do more wide grip pullups in 10 minutes than the most consecutive CHINS, and especially at a higher bodyweight.

check this out:

Exercise Minimum Competive Range Best Scores
Swim (max 12:30) 12:30 7-8:30 5:45 CSS
Pushups (2 minutes) 42 100-120 150
Situps (2 minutes) 50 100-120 135
Pullups(no time limit) 8 20-30 44
1.5 Mile (max 11:30) 11:30 8:30-10:00 7:45

what the seals call pullups are when the palms of the hands face away from the body. they are allowed to take as long as they want without touching the ground or letting go of the bar.

i think DMS said the record was around 80-100 for navy seals.

i do not see anyone who could continuously do chins/pull for 10min straight.

i know many gymnasts who can ring off plenty of chins/pull wihtout touching hte ground or letting go, but they cannot keep pace for 10min straight.

i gotta say he is lying, if he isn't find out who the guy is and bring over Guiness book of wr to film him.

A year ago, I had a lilttle one-on-one push-up competition with a girl, and I lost. I was out of shape, and I only did 39; she was a virginia state recordholding powerlifter, and she stopped around 45, but I knew she was stopping early to save what was left of my pride.

A couple months ago, a took her on again, after having been in the gym for a few months, and I gave her 60. I don't think she made it to 50. It was a good victory, but I doubt I've lost to a girl for the last time.
