X - reps

has any1 tried x-reps (partials) in there workouts and what kind of gains did you get? if any?

Also has any1 tried extreme streching to stretch the fascia surrounding the muscle.

Heard these methods are amazing for training and size gains.
Have only just strated adding them to my workouts accompanied with negatives every other week aswell.

Any feedback?
 
Partials are great after you can't do full reps anymore if you want to go to complete muscular failure.
 
Personally, I like 21's. They target the top and bottom of the movement, thus creating a better burn. But hey, I'm with Rjx- they're good if you're on the verge of failure.

That's a theory that has no backbone to it.
