Xenadrine is killing me

I've been taking Xenadrine to lower my body fat after I realized that I was putting on more than muscle. The directions told me to start out with two capsules a day one for morning and one for lunch and to move up to four per day in a week or two.

But it's been two weeks and I can barely function with just one capsule in the morning. I don't even bother with one at lunch. My head feels light and my heart feels dull but rapid. Obviouosly this doesn't sound safe and I'll be quitting this stuff today, but I wonder if others had this problem?

I'm assuming that because I don't use or drink caffeine, my body may not be used to the high energy burn that Xenadrine causes. But am I missing something else? My resting heart rate when not on this stuff is 65 and I consider myself to be in good enough shape not to be out of breath climbing stairs, playing soccer or mowing the lawn.

some people react different to those things. i just finished a bottle of thermoxicin and went from 255 to 237 w/ cardio 5 times a week. it was usually 2-3 pills 3 times a day. i know my gf will take one xenadrine and will get too much energy etc. btw i have a few bottles of xenadrine that i will try now, and after those im only getting trimspa, found it really cheap. anyways im up to 250 again bc of my poor diet.

Thanks, man, I appreciate the info. I thought about TrimSpa but people at work told me the same thing I experience with Xenadrine. Maybe I'll try that instead.

In all honesty i'm not a big fan of the new "non ephedra" products that are on the market.

If your commited to using a fat burner. Buy a bunch of Ephedrine HCL tabs and Vivarin.

Start Small if you feel that you react well to these products: IE (1/2 tab Ephdrine and 1/2 tab Vivarin = 12.5 mg Ephedrine and 100 mg Caffeine)

You will have an increase in heart rate as that is normal. However some of the unpleasent sides will subdue over time.

I believe my resting "ON" these products is right around 90 - 100 beats / minute.

Here's a question for ya...do you think it's time to take a break when even though you're on a coupla supps (clen, Lipo-6, etc.), you still have a resting heart rate of about 60-65?? Seems weird that my heart rate isn't as elevated as it used to be...should I be gauging the effectiveness of these products by that??

I thought you weren't gonna be supplementing at all?

Yes, I'm keeping an eye on you still. ;)

I don't know if resting heart rate is the "best" way to judge the effects. I would be much more interested in someone's core temperature and its deviation from normal.

Just keep the diet clean and be safe. That's all I ask. No more craziness. Deal?
