I ordered some steryle pre-crimped bottles from them and they sent me open bottles with stoppers. I emailed twice and even sent them a picture of the package and how the bottles were. I have yet to hear from them. I would love to post a follow up saying they made things rite. Lets wait and see.

companies like RK are backed up... all the time. I am sure they will get to you, give them 3 or so days, also try shooting chem a PM.
