I normally stay on year round and this is my dose
1200mg test e weekly
900mg of deca weekly
75mg tren a ed

I was going to down cycle at 600mg of test e weekly and my question will i loose any strength or gains?
 
Man, I really encourage you to at least come down to 300mg of test E/week.

Just make sure your diet is good in order to keep the strength and muscle mass good. Staying on is one thing, but staying on with those dosages, and then only coming down to 600mg/week for your 'low' dosage....that just isn't thinking about your health.

I know some very big and strong guys that come down to 300mg/week.

I stay on all year long as well given that I am on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I feel better and hold all of my gains with a "TRT Bridge" ( and I use that term loosely ) at 300mg Test Enath weekly divided into two injects of 150 mgs per week. I stay at this "bridge" for about 2 to 3 months, then go back to higher doses with additional compounds for at least 20 weeks. I also take 100 ius of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) daily in the evening during the bridge, upping to 500ius EOD or every 3 days on cycle. It works for me, I feel great, and I always get blood work done. I am also under the care of an Endocrinologist for the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), HCG, and all bloodwork.

I advise 300 mgs of Test Enath or Cyp weekly, and Test alone if you must stay on year round. You are running the great risk of needing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life though if staying on all year. Good luck Brother!

i used to cycle year round and i got injured not form using but from work
well i had to stop and when i got back on tried to go at it with a lower dose and it just didn't seem right
i was not feeling the same and i could not lift or do what i was before
so i think droppingthe dosage is not a good idea at least not that big of a drop
do the drop but in smaller amounts untill you get to 300mg per week to see how it goes

and just so you know my dosage's were at 1500mgs a week of sust deca and eq ran that for 2 years before i got hurt
 
I really hope you have grown alot since i saw a pic of you last (i think it was of you).
As i really think those doses are alot and you should be big and in good shape with those doses.

Why did you start year round?
 
That dose is pretty large and you better be BIG and STRONG with those dosages but still my TP was talking to a guy, not sure if he was pro or not (looked like it) 2 grams of test was his "off " dosage. right now I'm using 300 mg/wk I have lost water weight, and strength gains havent been as good as being "ON" but they are still going up, libido is still high, and i still am growin a ton of back hair. I am also taking a low dose of tamox for the off time to help out cholesterol and I am also on accutane now.

You will surely have some strength loss but, if you keep calories/protein up, you should lose little to no mass.
 
you should defintly come down to 300. i just came down after being no lower than 750 for like more than year and i felt shitty, but now my sexy drive is starting to come back. it makes me realize thou how used to test i got.

Sound about right. Definitely think about coming off Jar.
 
let your body's natural function take back over for a while.
Come to terms with losing some strength and size for a bit.
It will be a small price to pay for a temporary period of time and your body will thank you for it.
 
I for some reason can not get bigger any more, I have thinking of adding IGF1RL i mean i am 5'5 and weight between 199-203 and prob about 12% bf and on flat bench work out with 350 and on leg press go upto about 1300, i can not break the platue i know if i increased my calories to maybe 4000 I would but the problem is i only eat around 3000
 
jarbull dog i dont mean to hijack your thread so pm if u want but can u give me tips on leg press form, for some reason i can go any higher than like 4 plates on each side because it puts a lot of stress on my lower back and my ass feels like its lifting off the seat.
 
maybe u need to go realy low on the juice like first 500 then 300 and try to hold on to your gains. then once u got handle on that up the juice and see if u can gain more.
 
on 300mg of test that size should be able to be kept without any losses. Just that the strenght gains would not come as rapidly.

I would suggest you coming of totally, running a good pct, adding in Igf-1lr3 for 2 monts maybe and maybe some slin (low dose).
Then being off for some time.
 
year round cycles are just for maintance, trying not to loose your gains
so the next cycle wont cost as much and you can continue to grow

as for you getting stuck with the weight in your workout you need to get off
the sled and start doing front and rear squats
if you ask me the sled is useless and should only be used in supersets
of light training
 
cant eat more that 3k cals? if im not cutting i cant restrict myself to 3000! just get yourself some peanut butter and olive oil.
 
Jar no offence, but you dont need that much drugs for that amount of time to still make gains. Perhaps you should come down for a while and let yourself recover somewhat. I know you wont feel the same, but no one does when they come off gear. I think if you came down/off and kept your gains natty for a while, and let your body recover, you would find that you would respond better to higher dosages.

Right now you are setting yourself up for some long term side effects that may be irreversable, and you will regret this decision later on in life.

How long have you been juicing in general???
