Yohimburn?? Whats the big fuss about?

BOMBSHELL
Can anyone educate me on yohimburn....?? I heard about it first on here but am still unsure how this stuff could work. I did a little yahoo search and didn't come up with as much information as I wanted. I want to try it...but I'm still weary....any help? :eyes:

I share the same confusion...I keep seeing everyone stacking YES and TRex...but how much better is it than using TRex on it's own???

When I am trying to drop some fat I stick to Yohimbine, Caffeine, Ephedra, and Green Tea (or Green Tea Extract). You can buy all of these powder for real cheap if you look around.

Also, try a google search or Steroidology search to research these 4 items

How does a topical cream work like this?? haha it seems too good to be true. Etuguria, good question, I hate I can't answer it because I'm not well educated on this product...

So is it worth spending 70 bucks on a tube of this??? I heard also you should have a fairly low %bf before starting this...what % would you suggest Easto?

yes

its 49$ from the AFSTORE (you can get 2 bottles for 90$)
https://www.anabolicfitness.net/shop/

for women bodyfat is less relevant since A2 proliferation (what causes "stubborn fat") is related to estrogen

All hype and placebo effect. Tried on my wife for 2months, nothing.

I like it. BUT, you must be lean to see results. I use it on my abs the last 2 weeks of dieting. If anything it helps get out that last little bit of water under the skin

Well, as far as I'm concerned, the main focal ingredient in it is yohimbine. Yohimbine is actually quite beneficial for helping to increase liposis, or fat-burning, in areas that are more resistant (i.e. buttocks, abs, thighs). My guess as to why this happens is because it increases blood flow. I've used it in pill form before and it actaully gave me a pretty good pump in the gym. You just need to be careful when you use it. It may be natural, but that doesn't mean it's 100% safe. But, honestly, it does help to have a fairly low bf % in order to reap the real benefits of this stuff. For a woman, I would say in between 10%-14%.

Hey Queenie......what do you mean that it's not 100% safe? I sort of assumed most all natural things are.

Well, side effects from yohimbine can include dizziness, high blood pressure, possible skin flushing, and nausea. Plus, they say that you shouldn't consume either wine or dairy products while using it. In fact, I had a customer return some yohimbinee today at GNC because he said that it made hime break out. I asked him how much he was dosing-he said one pill a day, so that wasn't the problem. But then, presto! I asked him if he had consumed any dairy or wine products while on the stuff in which his response was yes. So, that's my guess as to why the skin flushing side effect occured.

I'm not saying the stuff is as dangerous as, say, ephedra, but you still need to be aware that there are potential side-effects from the stuff. But, honestly, I did fine when I used it. Of course I cut out dairy for that time, and I don't drink, so wine wasn't a problem. But, a lot of people assume that natural products are all-safe. I'll just say that ma-huang (ephedra) is natural and it has caused several deaths. It's just a matter of being smart in terms of the dosing, then you should be fine :) Too much of anything can be harmful.

Yohimburn is too good to be true. It's nothing but hype. I've already said this once :) Both me and my wife used it, it's crap.

lol Poison is natural and I think it might be bad for you :)

Yohimburn is guaranteed. As are all AF products.

topically delivered yohimbine does not give a "placebo" effect.

Yohimburn works well on estrogenic (a2 rich fat). one of the places where people often try to use and dont see good response is on the abs. abs is a place where stubborn fat is just as often due to insulin issues. So while good results can be obtained in that area, you may also see little or no results. Now thighs, chest, lower back, glutes are all typically very A2 rich (and thus respond well to yohimburn)
