I have a personal trainer he uses fat clips..and yes u can come down to 6 % for longer than 2 months bro, ive done this all year long , now if we were talking about 3% then this is hard to keep u can stay 3% for a short time not 4 to long..and no u r not flaming , how about u , u look big is that u in the pic profile..do u have more pic..
