young guy doing first cycle help needed

Hey guys il be turing 23 soon and i will be doing my cycle in the next few months and needed some feedback.

I am 5,9 172lbs 12% bf

squat 320
dead 405
bench 110 dbs

i will bulk at 3300 calories a day 40/40/20 split.

cycle will be 400mg teste for 10 weeks injected 2x a week

Anavar at 40mg ed week 6-12

pct will begin week 12:
clomid 50mg everyday for 4 weeks
Nolva 20/20/10/10/10/10

Arimadex will be 0.25mg EOD starting 5 days before 1rst test shot and finish at end of week 12 before pct.

My diet and trainig is always in check and have been training for 4 years now.

I feel that 400mg of test weekly is sufficent for my goals and wont run any more.

Any imput is greatly appreciated.
 
First I would say wait a year
Second is bump the nolva to 40/40/20/20
Third drop the var. first cycles are recommended test only

Question: cyp, prop, sust?

i was going to keep the var because its so mild and i already bought it and im running it at an already low dose.

i wont wait another year, i havent grown since i was 16 and i dont think one year will have a diffrence.
 
Sup. 4 gave u the advice and I agree too. Any vet in this site would have probably said the same thing
 
Four1Thr33 said it right. not because of the age, but you're not heavy enough to enjoy any benefit of steroids, you will just get some lil water retention and side-effects. that's all.

i appreciate the feedback,

but i am 175 and only 5 foot 9 i woulnt consider myselft that small my goal would be 180 at single digit BF%, why would me not being heavy have any effect on how the cycle would work? lol

are you trying to tell me that test works better when your heavier? i have never heard this before. I would not run a cycle if i was 190lbs at my bf and my height especialy if im not competing.

Spyder, you may be near the age when its ok to use. I believe DaHurt is near your age. Except he had a good base weight to start at and your not quite there.

Im 5'6 and before AAS I was between 175-180. Take the next year and concentrate on lifting and eating. Id say get up around 185-190 before taking anything.

not go to 190 and use aas and go to 215. I am not competing or plan to anytime in my life.

1)i thought about heavy in muscles of corse.
you're just almost at the normal ratio height/weight. it mean like 99% of guys than make sport regurlary and take care to their diet. OK. but like i said you're JUT at the normal.

i would advise cycle for more advanced guys.

with your actual size, you expect what? to turn into a hulk just because some test? ( do not answer it's just rhetoric)

2) come on... be a lil humble, would you like... what did you heard about cycles yet.

i was pushing iron, when you were just young virgin ( i hope you not anymore...) teenager.... lean guy, think about this, we are all mods here older than you, and not just a little older, don't you think than got some experience...

Well, I can see by this thread that you are going to do it. Try to drop the Anavar (var), up the test to 500, the nolva to 40/40/20/20.

40/40/20 split on macros is a nice diet I think, but the 3300 calories may have to increase during the cycle. You should start eating the bulking diet NOW. See how much weight your gaining and when you stop add another 100. By then I imagine your gonna be cycling and @ 3500-3600 cals or something like that. Point being adjust your calories as you gain mass.

Oh one more thing... 110db on bench is a good weight and 405 on your deads is fine too, but whats wrong with your squats???? Do you have knee issues? IMO I would concentrate on Legs, back, and a little abs to improve the squat. I know my goals are different then yours, but this early in your lifting days it gonna be very very beneficial to have big legs. When you stimulate your largest muscle groups ( legs,back), your body will release much much more GH while you are sleeping. That will improve your fat burning and muscle building body wide.

Your doing well but don't be scared to throw some weight on. a 6 pack is not that impressive on a 170lb dude :P

I only expect to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle and lose a few bf% with the Anavar (var), but i will probably drop that now. I have no expections to become a "hulk" with once cycle but that it not my goal, at all. I expect to gain some weight and still be agile for hockey. Many people clain to be 190 at single% but is almost never true. Some one who is 5,8 190 is pretty big if he is sub 10% bf. I always see people claim 200lbs 8% bf on this site and when they post pics they are closer to 185 15% bf lol. I rarely see people who are 200lbs+ and under 10% at 5,8-5,9 who are natural.

I ususlay gain at 3000 cal.

I will start at week 1 with 3k and up it 100-150cals a week.

Thank you, i dont go heavy on squats becuase of hockey and would like to try and reduce any chance of injury to my legs that already take a beating, We work out legs 2x a week with my team at the gym but mostly focus on endurance rather than strenght. I also cant bench because of my shoulder that has been disclocated a few time already.

Well, when you take AAS, your natty test production shuts down of course. So I would just make SURE you reap the benefits of the cycle with 500 mg. Shut down is Shut down, get you some.

500mg a week is also JUST high enough where you will find out how sensetive to estrogen you are. Its just a very common dosage that has been used over and over. Intense documentation of this cycle makes sides easy to diagnose.

If you end up choosing 400mg thats fine too. My main goal was to sway you from the Anavar (var), not to manipulate your test dosage.

Thx alot man much appreciate it, but what would be the downfall of the anavar?
 
Mixing products is a beginner no no. If u have Negetive side effects taking two products u will have alot of trOuble sourting them out

Spyder Honestly I was just like you but listen to theses guys they know what there talking about and your goals are accomplishable I did it on my first Test E only cycle with some help from 3j. Trust me 15 pounds makes a difference esp if those are 15 solid pounds I have some before and after pics we are about the same height and weight before the Sauce.
