Your Best Natural Bench

I'm 28 now, started when I was 18. I think its easier when you're short..arms only have to move like 3 inches to do a full press :goof:

My natural bench honestly is 275 one rep. That was before my bike accident. Now it's like 240-250, depending on hyped I am to test myself.
 
ok i just got home from a raw bench meet. only one guy there was juicing. how i know? cause i know all of them. and the guy juicing finished 2nd in his division.

heres the results. weight lifted plus BW in parenthesis.

light weight division 0-181
first place 370 (181)
second place 265 (165)

middle weight division 182-220
first place 425 (206)
second place 365 (220)

heavies 221-up
1st place 435 (266)
2nd place 430 (295)

the top 3 lifters all missed 440. meet was under strict rules. ass must stay on the bench, no bouncing off the chest, feet must be still and on the floor. only wrist wraps and belts allowed for supportive gear. 1 head judge and two side judges.

my best is 255 im 160 5'8 when I was 18 my ultimate goal is to get 300 and hit 225 at least 15 times.

i fukin hate benching. i can currently max 1 rep @ 225 and ive tried everything to increase but have been stuck for over 3 weeks.

Yeah I see in another thread where you are just starting a cycle. That is an awesome natural bench, and it looks like you got a good base to start a cycle too.

Got better genetics than me for sure, that is where my bench is now after a few cycles, (was around 140 - 150 for reps before gear, and I was workiong out regular back then too).
 
when i was 17 it was 225 with a 3 second negative 1 second positive. im 19, since i dont have a spotter i do db bench mostly, i rep 95's for 4-6 reps of a 3 second negative 2 second positive. im 5 7 175 pounds. im not that strong but im proud of myself, people look at me funny when my little ass grabs the 95's and is almost falling over since it looks so much bigger than me.

good for you .. those are good numbers. i hear ya , im 19 at 5'7 aswell.
 
theirs this woman that goes to my gym, im 90 percent sure shes a powerlifter. she looks like a bulky 165-180. she puts up 100's on db bench for like 6, squats 225 for alota reps. ive seen her put up 80's on db presses. shes strong as an ox. she has a male training partner thats her height but a wider, they both motivate the hell outa each other. hes stronger but shes catching up to him.
 
crazy mike.... that andre guy in your signature... did he come on here and claim hes natural? is it the same guy cause im on discussfitness too and he went on their, didnt add any input just put a bunch of pictures of and left.
