Im just curious for examples on strict powerlifting programs frm those who know ..ive been playing around with different programs but i want 2 stick 2 a proper powerlifting program for at least a year without neglicting any body parts and staying on strict compand movements . Thanks ...
My stats 240 lbs 11 years bodybuilding on and off

Hey bro check out my thread a few posts down, titled 3day program for crazy mass/strentgh. Check out my journal in the journal section also. I have been competing in PL for almost 7years but i also keep a good balanced physique.
