Your supposed to do what with this?!?

I have some Clen, Test E and Nolva. Any suggestions on how I should take. I work out regularly and am 5'9" 160lbs. lean and vascular(sp?) Suggestions?
 
well first off what is the goal in this cycle, how many mg's are in each, how much of it do u have, age, stats, history.............has this cycle been researched yet? did u plan on gettin gthis stuff or did i just land it?
 
You shouldn't do anything with those items; you have no need for any of them at this time.

If one of your goals is to increase your muscule mass, then I highly suggest 300 grams of protein every day, and plenty of calories, which should include green leafy vegatables.
