Who are your favorite 3 bodybuilder physiques? Who inspires you the most? List your top 3. I personally like the following. 1. Casey Viator, 2. Arnold Schwarzenegger 3. Frank Zane.

1. Flex Wheeler. 2. Phil Heath. 3. Shawn Ray. And if there were number 4 it would be, very close to Shawn, Kevin Levrone.

Don't really have a top 3. My number one is Frank Zane, and Arnold comes in second. I prefer the more natural look. Fucking huge but as naturally looking as you can be. Some of the guys these days just do too much imo.

Plus the vacuum midsection is bomb.

One of my favorite has been Dorian Yates.

That was when I first started lifting back in is Olympia days.

I've met Dorian Yates Shawn Ray and Paul Dillett all in real life.

Seeing them face to face was a reality check of their over all MASS!

Yeah bodybuilders today can't even do the vacuum. They have distended stomachs which makes it so they can't even suck in. Totally unnatural. Levrone looks great though.
