    if you are going to do cardio PWO, no more than 20mins at a time, IMO. Id save the PWO shake until then and not sip during training. Preworkout I would switch the shake to a whole food protein source to go with the oats to sustain you longer.

    we are loving Dymatize ISO 100 right now, in chocolate.. great isolate for PWO, very reasonable priced. .. 5lbs 39$ (not bad for isolate).

    whey protein isolate + high glycemic carbs. I like rice cakes personally (eat rather than drink the carbs).. white potatoes work well, gatorade, or dextrose, corn flakes, etc. of course dependant on goals and your tolerance to glucose. some are carb sensitive and this layout would not be ideal.

    NO!! I am a big advocate of clean healthy diet, even when bulking. If you check the sticky at the top of the forum theres tons of ideas and oppinons on this why risk adding more fat when you dont have too? and then you willl need to diet harder to loose that extra chub, risking loosing muscle...

    that is defintly not the smart way to go. too much cardio is counter productive, end up loosing too much muscle. and how low calorie are you speaking? are you following low carb? aiming for 1-2lbs weight loss per week is much safer.
