First I've heard of that, fluctuations in estrogen can cause mood swings. my girlfriend has mood swings and her estrogen seems like it is pretty high, any chance it could be bunk?

I wouldnt say overexaggerating the sides as much as their occurance. A lot of people don't get the sides, and kudos to those who dont, like I said theyre great gains, but for those who happen to be sensitive to the sides, its good to be prepared
I don't mind bad form, hell they can do whatever they want if they think it does them some good, but it gets irritating in a small town where they try to take credit undeserved and away from the people who have actually earned it

ditto, if it's something you usually eat check it the first time. Sometimes they have doubles or triples and not each one will be correct. but like 71avido said, it only works if you put it in to the T. I mostly just use it because it saves me the math

Thanks a lot, I guess it'll take some more research. perhaps if I rehab my shoulder prior to a cycle the deca could simply prevent it from bothering me
well currently none, I was kept out of the gym for awhile so I've taken several months off to recomp and get my muscles back up to par. While cleaning up my diet I cut up pretty easily but I could lose 5-10 pounds and feel like an 80yr old man
