I have done up to 180 mcgs and felt no sides, my heart prolly doesnt like that tho lol

The only reason I ask is because I posted the same question on T nation and many of them say not to take any sort of Aromatase inhibitor (AI), lol, I will prolly air on the side of caution and stick -with the .25g e3d- I can always increase it...i just cant stand the water retention and other...
