    I personally thought her diet was right on. Just posting a typical day doesnt mean that the protein source doesnt vary. I guess she could do carb cycling but I was very lean on a diet similar to hers and didnt gain until I went on a bulk and added a lot of starches and I have no thyroid issues.

    I wouldnt throw anavar into the mix at this time. It can take awhile after giving birth for your hormones to stabilize. I would take a look at the diet and training and possibly add a fatburner.

    It sounds to me like you are overtraining as 6 days a week twice a day is a lot. Aside from that perhaps it would help if you posted your typical diet. Almost always when I see a client that isnt getting results its the diet that is messed up and the person doesnt know it.
