Been using NQK for a couple months now. I have them tested once a month. First month was 23.7 Second month of 19.9 Good to me. I will try the new black elis when I seem more results

yes, thats fine. I wouldnt use dbol though. I like to keep anavar in there or run Winstrol (winny) toward end of cycle

depends what your running. I see and feel results with my gear with a couple weeks
