All depends on the individual and type of gear. Some gear has a longer/shorter ester, etc. Plus, your diet and training history....and of course genetics plays a role.
diet, training and rest (in that order) will have more impact on your physique than gear alone... if the first 3 are fine, then it depends on what gear u are running...
short esters - u should feel something at the end of the first week
longer esters - can be 3-6 weeks to have full effect
