A low dose of test will work. With all the cardio you're doing I don't think water retention will be an issue. You might gain 5 lbs but it will be more than offset by the additional strength. I wouldn't recommend EPO unless you're looking at a top 100 time....too risky.

I don't notice any water retention or nipple sensation on this cycle: test cyp 500mg/week EQ 600mg/week proviron 50mg ED nolva 40mg ED I'm pretty sensitive to gyno but i'm going to drop the proviron to 25mg next week.

I'm starting to wonder if juice really is weaker these days. I grew like a weed on low doses in college; now I still grow but not crazy like I used to, even though I was off for 15+ years. I just bumped my current cycle to 500mg test/600mg EQ and I'm pushing my protein up near 400 grams.
