Yea, Kris definitely deserves it this time. Valentino beat him at Nat's last year on conditioning. Kris just wasn't as hard as he was at USAs. The SHW class should be awesome too. Chris Cook, Palumbo, DuVall. I don't really know of any favorites for the HW class.

As previously stated, you could use more shape to your legs. Your upper body looks great, especially this far out. Take the diet nice and slow, you have tons of time. I'd guess you're in the low teens for body fat.
I'm not going to try to convince you not to do slin but remember the whole reason you're doing it is to increase recovery and gain size. You mentioned gatorade and glucose tabs, which is great but don't forget to eat a shitload of carbs and prot too.
Some of these have already been stated but:
1. If you don't inject IM the oil will not be properly absorbed and you risk acquiring a subcutaneous bolus of oil which can become a sterile abcess.
2. I can't even imagine how long it would take to inject through a 29 or 30g needle.

Shorter esters are only better for very specific circumstances:
1. You don't know how you're going to react to a particular substance. The shorter half-life will allow quicker clearance if an adverse effect is seen.
2. The last phase of contest dieting where you don't want long-acting drugs...
If you're using juice to increase size like most of the population, you will not reap the full benefits if you're running 5mi/day. Even if you increase your calories substantially, you won't be able to accrue the mass you could have w/o the running.
Probably a combination of things:
1. Are you training everything - not just arms and chest - HARD?
2. Honestly your calories should be enough if you're really taking in 5000/day
3. Some of your gear is definitely fake. No way that you would not see any increase using all that shit.
