I'm a bad ass....j/k. To be honest, Im not even sure what the red squares mea. I showed up one day and they were all there. I've been off and on (mostly off) this board for a while due to family and other distractions but I'm back. I'm going to figure this red square thing out.

Concerning the organ blocker. I saw a supp/product that claims it stops most of the effects that gear has on your liver, kidneys etc etc. I highly doubt it, but if it works to some degree, Im down!

I do Protein within 30 mins of every workout. And I also already do a multivitamin every day.
Are there any Supps that you take that most people wouldnt know or think about (IE Fish oil) Not that its really a supp but a contributor.
